[URGENT] R14 and multiple Payments Blocked

Subject: Urgent Enquiry: Payment and Return Submission Issues Dear ESFA Team, I am seeking an update on my previous enquiry regarding issues with our returns, specifically R01 and R02, which I mistakenly submitted as R13 and R14. This has left gaps in our R01 and R02 submissions. My priorities are as follows: 1. Payment for R14: Our ILR shows no errors, and the funding summary indicates payment. However, we have not yet received confirmation or payment, despite it being over seven days. 2. Prevention of Future Blocks: I am concerned that R03 and subsequent payments may be blocked as R13 and R14 were, due to the gaps in returns for R01 and R02.
