When a learner has been made redundant how can you satisfy the Gateway declaration requirement?
* Confirmation from provider and employer that learner now has all required knowledge, skills, and behaviors to complete the apprenticeship.

I have the same issue and have been advised to, when uploading to EPAO, to Keep the original employer and upload a note to the Shared Docs area with employment / redundancy details, and confirming that apprenticeship can be completed under funding rules
