I wonder if anyone could offer some advice on a Non UK/EEA applicants visa situation please. The applicant has;
lived and worked in the UK under a skilled worker visa since January 2021.
their current skilled worker visa is valid until after the programme they're applying for is due to finish
the apprenticeship is with their sponsoring employer and their limited job role fits within the same remit as the apprenticeship i.e. they’re not changing job roles to complete the apprenticeship.
Am I right in thinking that they are eligible for the apprenticeship? Thanks in advance for any advice or clarification.

Yup, been here three years and the visa doesn't expire til after the app ends, so all good.
