New dashboards are available from the ‘Understand your funding’ tile in submit learner data (SLD). The ‘Understand your funding’ dashboard displays your data in one place, right up to your latest submissions. You can see totals for the current period or year to date, as well as breakdowns by funding models and student numbers.
The new dashboards for ‘Adult skills source of funding’ show a breakdown of ESFA-funded provision and devolved provision. These cover funding summaries and year-on-year performance for both funding values and learner counts. The ‘Contract values’ dashboards have been updated to include Skills Bootcamps contracts.
Colleagues who do not submit ILR returns can now get access to the dashboards. You will need to assign them with the role of ‘Submit Learner Data – Finance Dashboards’ within their DfE Sign-in account. Users who already have access to submit ILR returns will automatically have access to the dashboards. We have updated the guidance on gov.uk to reflect these changes and to provide more clarity. There is a feedback survey on the dashboard to help us develop the information to meet your needs. Please give us your feedback and let us know about any improvements or additions you’d like to see.
