Can I just double check payment arrangements for EPAO's when subcontracting. As stated in the funding rules, the main provider should lead the relationship with the EPAO including making payments to them.
When I am calculating the amount of funding retained by us each month for the delivery and our management fee, would I also deduct the EPA charge as and when a subcontracted learner completes the assessment?
