I just wanted to check there are no newer updates than the below from January 2021 on how long providers need to keep records for:
Record keeping and retention information for training providers - GOV.UK
Also with regards to evidence of learner identity, eligibility for funding and qualifications studied/achieved, can I please check peoples interpretation of this, would you keep all of the learners documentation you currently have in the evidence pack, or slim down the information kept?
