Here's the question: What is the meaning of the ASF Effective from date 01/08/2024, shown on FALA?
Considering that ASF only began on 01/08/2024, which is after the LDNS, why is there even a section for ASF on FALA?

I think it's because its fundable in MCAs? The LDNS there is 31/7/26, so because there's a valid ASF value there, it's just added one for National as well, even though it can't be delivered through National...
At least there is now a dedicated section on the funding page for FCFJ, so we don't have to refer to the loans LDNS to over-ride the Adult skills LDNS like we did last year!

I've just been checking qualification funding on FALA and something confuses me with qual 60332025 Certificate in Understanding Mental Health (RQF).
For Adult Skills, LDNS is 10/11/2022.
I've cross checked the approved quals download (Overview - List of Qualifications approved for funding) and it is not fundable for new starts.
Here's the question:
