Unless rules have changed, depends what type of establishment you are Gareth. General Further Education colleges I think have a portal system - you could find out who in your organisation has contact your ESFA (soon to become DfE) Contract Manager and ask them. We're an Independent Specialist College, we submit Annual Report (which is same one we submit to Charity Commission) to ITP.FINANCIALHEALTH@education.gov.uk

Can anyone advise on where the guidance is for submitting annual accounts to the ESFA.
I have seen it somewhere but cannot find it in my hundreds of ESFA\Gov.uk bookmarks!
