Does anyone know why the 16 to 18 Employer Incentive Payments for levy employers are separate to all other payments for apprenticeship funding? This has come up as part of our financial audit and I’ve been unable to find the reason in the funding rules or technical specifications.
I've raised a query to the helpdesk, but thought I'd ask here as well.
