Hi Everyone
We use the services of a specialist to deliver functional skills and ALN delivered as regular timetabled support and additional ad hoc sessions if needed. Our learners are all apprentices. At what point do we need to declare this as a subcontracting arrangement? We have read some guidance which suggests that there is a £30k de minimis. Any guidance would be very much appreciated.
