Urgh, that's going to be a pain... I think you'll have to do a new EmpStat (and everything else, eg TNP3 and, therefore, new agreements) as though they had a new employer and then put notes on the files...
I Am Not An Employment Lawyer but I think changing PAYE codes kind of counts as a "new" employer, regardless of contracts...

I have 5 DLCOK_10 from an employer called XXXXX who have bought out a company called MMMMM but both have retained their own names. XXXXX have now attached their payroll number to the Levy for MMMMM but the apprentices remain on a XXXXX contract of employment. They were advised by the ESFA to do this and then a stop date in DAS for XXXXX and a starts date for MMMMM that run consecutively. This has been done but no change of employer needs to be recorded in the ILR as they have not changed employer. Please can you advise how I can get around this?
