Subsidy Control 24/25
Created
Hi,
In the funding rules under Subsidy Control, the evidence requirements state 'Where applicable (for transfers), the employer must give a Minimal Financial Assistance declaration to their provider.'
Is the responsibility of the provider or the employer to ensure the Minimal Financial Assistance declaration? As a provider, we wouldn't know how much the employer has been transferred as often we are not the only provider so they would have used transferred funds elsewhere also?
