I'd totally just leave it as 1&8. There's a very confusing bit of the PSM which suggests you need a new aim but, nah, wouldn't. You've had the 80% of the money already, so there's not going to be any more until they stop doing their EPA (pass or fail), so 1&8 is perfectly acceptable.

We have an apprentice who has failed an element of their EPA. The learner is going to need some refresher training and therefore is going to retake their EPA rather than re-sit it.
In this instance, do we just leave the learning aim coded as 1 & 8 on our ILR system or should we be reopening the learning aim?
