What are your thoughts on this scenario - a learner has completed their main aim for the Standard, but still needs to complete Maths Level2, they have support needs, which we have documented, but not an official EHCP /LLD. Their official end date is October, would you apply for the relaxation rules, or keep them in learning hoping they will pass the maths?
