Can anyone advise if Work Experience hours have to be under direct supervision or does this only apply to regulated aims/EEP?
I've found some entries on a WEX log where the learner has logged some hours working at their father's business and I wasn't sure if this counted. It's also in a completely different industry to the study programme they are enrolled on

Ha! This is a marginally different question to the other one!!! If you (the provider) didn't know about it, I'd be super wary about counting it? Less fussed about the difference in industry/subject I think, it's all "work" after all ;)
