The spouse is not a UK or EU citizen. The person is here since 2018 and lives in Lancashire.

Sorry, I meant the spouse of the person who has the visa!

Either way, with the other info, as they have been here more than three years, they will be fundable.

Thanks for the reply, Neither of them have citizenship. I thought people on skilled worker visa & Dependent visa could not claim fund because it usually pops up after they apply visa.

It's only those on study visas who aren't fundable.
