We have an Apprentice who worked towards her Level 2 FS whilst completing her Level 2 qualification but didn't achieve them but this was not a requirement for the Level 2 Standard. She has since progressed to a Level 3 Standard and obviously needs to achieve the Level 2 FS for her Level 3 standard, am I correct in saying that you cannot claim again for FS with us claiming whilst she was on a Level 2 standard and we have to adjust the funding accordingly? TIA
