Mark statements for withdrawn apprentices

Created

None

A number of years ago we added a mark statement to the withdrawal letters we issue to employers advising them of the marks achieved in modules at the point of withdrawal. Our understanding was that this was a requirement within the rules/support manuals but cannot locate where and in what guide that detail came from and if the rules have changed as to whether or not we still need to include a mark statement when notifying employers that an apprentice has been withdrawn.

I would appreciate any references to which guides this is/was in and if it is still a requirement.

Many thanks, Sarah

The only thing I can think of like this was about learners moving from one provider to another where it was expected that the provider withdrawing the learner would provide info to the new provider about the learner's progress. Don't recall it ever being used in any other circs?
