PDSAT error

Hi, 

I am running PDSAT and it is showing last years learners 'in learning' for this year, even though their funding has been closed.

Have you checked in the ILR file your MI software has created to make sure they are definitely closed?

What report are they coming up in?

Hi Richard, 

Yes, they are definitely closed in our ILR file and MI system. They are coming up in Learners in learning beyond their end date.

Hi Aayushi,

OK. That report (despite the title) actually also shows learners who are completed but have an outcome of 'No Achievement':

Lists learning aims for apprentices continuing in learning or leaving without achievement, beyond their programme planned end date, and other learners that continue in or leave learning without achievement, beyond their learning planned end date.

That may be what you are seeing here.

I checked the PDSAT report has separate section for 'completion without a full achievement'. Would that also be the same?
