Does anyone work with Temping Agencies and deliver Apprenticeship to those staff sent out to one or more employers. They are not an ATA.
Part of our group is an ATA so we are very familiar with requirements for them, but this is one that hasn't reared it head for a long time and just wanted to see if anyone else is delivering apprenticeship to temporary staff employed by recruitment agencies.
What to look out for, how to record in ILR etc. outside of the normal eligibility questions and criteria.
