Reply back from the service desk:
The data is being refreshed with the latest ILR return - this means that the dashboard is temporarily unable to communicate with the data model, but this will be a temporary issue and users can try again later today, at which point you should see new data in the dashboard.

Apprenticeship Accountability Framework

Morning all,
Is anybody else experiencing issues accessing the Apprenticeship Accountability Framework Dashboard this morning?
The dashboard has moved from the Data Quality Assurance section to the Achievement/Performance section, however when I actually click on the dashboard itself I am presented with the following message:
Unable to connect to the data model
We cannot open the report because Power BI is unable to connect to the data model in Azure Analysis Services. Make sure you are using the correct credentials and contact the owner of the data model or an Azure Analysis Services administrator to ensure the data model is accessible.
We are not experiencing any issues with any of the other dashboards in the portal (post 16 monitoring / QAR etc.) only this one. Up until last week we weren’t having any problems with this.
