R151 - LDM 391 must be returned, earnings threshold

Hi Firoza,

I am getting the same, and have been trying to figure this out since yesterday, so sorry but pleased someone else is getting this as I just couldn't figure out what to do about this error.  

I presume this is change that has just been made as we haven't had this previously, hopefully someone will be able to help with a solution for this.

R_151 is currently in the Submit Learner Data known issues guidance:

Thanks Josh, Looks like the known issue is for returning learners - I don't think our learners are returning learners though :(

I think looking at the advice that there are currently two separate issues with the rule, one regarding returning learners and another where there is a technical issue with the DAM code exclusion 023.

Although even if that is the case it doesn't give any guidance on what to do while the issue is under investigation.

I managed to get rid of the errors for now by removing DAM 023 and adding LDM 391.

ILR field ILR code 
FFI 1 Fully funded learning aim 
LDM 378 Adult Level 3 Offer 
LDM 391 Earnings Threshold (national)

I'm sure they'll pop back up at some point, in the DSAT or FRM or GLA OPs Validation errors lol.

when DAM 023 is working properly again we may need to revisit.
