So, retention factor only uses Core Aim for a start. I'm almost certain that a learner achieving their core aim makes them retained in this calculation (because they are a completion), regardless of their end date? P83 here defines it and doesn't mention early completers?

If a learner achieves early and the actual end date is before the planed end date is this learner classed as retained?
