PDSATs 25A-205 and 25A-517

Is anyone finding data missing from their PDSATs report 25A-205? We have previously had 'exceptions' listed where apprentices change employer and so have a period of unemployment recorded. The R08 report is now returning 0 records.

Its the same for 25A-517 - NI Numbers null, temporary or used for HMRC administrative purposes - now 0 records when previously there were a handful.

Have you uploaded the FIS CSV or the raw ILR file?

Uploading the raw ILR file causes some of the reports to show with 0 records and so that's what I would be checking first. I know that the NI report is definitely one of those!

Interesting! I uploaded an ILR file as that is how I always used to do it, a few years ago. I now have a colleague who runs the DSATs report and she was using the FIS file - however she thinks our annotations are being lost each time has run DSATS recently (hence, I had a go using the ILR file).
