Hi,

Just looking for some advice and clarity if possible please to see what others are doing.

Where a learner changes employer, we get full paperwork completed. When a learner's employer changes the name or there's a merger/takeover that impacts more than 100 learners, what approach do others take regarding paperwork? I ask because signing 300 forms alone by the employer is quite a significant task. Could you use an overarching signature that we can copy onto the forms?

I'd love to hear what everyone thinks about this type of situation.
