Oh, that's a delightful one... I *think* I'd go down the "status at the start of the aim" route and fully fund them because what's the difference between this and, eg, someone who gets a pay rise halfway through their course (without a break)? Literally cannot find anything in PSM that mentions either reassessing the learner or NOT reassessing the learner, so your best judgement and plentiful notes on the record seems your best option? I can't see how an auditor can tell you off for doing either when it's not explicit (as far as I can see).

Break in Learning fee waiver

Hello,
If a learner (AEB funded) went on a break in learning last year and returns this year do you use the original fee waiver reason? They were under the earning threshold before the break but on their return they earn over.
