We have an individual who has restated last month and all indicators have been added but when checking the reports we are not receiving any payments and Payment report only showing FS activities not Zprog information I have double checked remaining cost and we should have about 6 months remaining but on the reports its not showing - has anyone else had this before and if so what have I done wrong in the ILR?

Sounds like a DLOCK to me? Employer hasn't stopped them on AS or anything silly, have they?
