Hi All, we have an Apprentice who was made redundant recently. She is within 6 months of completing and could stay on her programme to complete without a new employer. She has recently found herself a new Employer which is great news. My query is, she has a new negotiated price added to her ILR as a TNP 3 and TNP 4 and also has a new Employer on the Apprenticeship service that she has been moved too. Because she was made redundant, is the 20% outcome based on the new negotiated price or will it be the original price at the start of her programme? I contacted the Helpdesk and they said the 20% will be calculated as 20% of the initial amount of the training. TIA Helen.
