Errors accessing Appr Service/SLD/DSAT?

Hi,
Just wondering if anybody else is having problems logging onto the Apprenticeship Service, Submit Learner Data or DSAT? It was doing it for me yesterday and again today, error messages for Appr Service and SLD, let's me into DSAT but won't upload any files...

I'm also getting an error when I try to access Submit Learner Data.
Same here - I've been trying every day since last Friday 2nd May and I'm getting the same error message over and over regardless if I use MS Edge, or Firefox. I can't submit the ILR.
