For Tailored learning provision (Funding Model 11), if a learning aim is recorded completed or withdrawn (Field: Completion status 2 or 3) the Field: Tailored Learning Outcome Area field must be returned.
The error will trigger if recorded as Withdrawn or Complete and the outcome field is unknown and has not been input.
