Part Time Hours and Durations

Hi,
I know there have been a few posts around this topic. I have read posts regarding calculations but still feel I need some clarification about potential changes.
We are encountering some issues with the calculations of part-time apprentices’ duration and OTJ calculations. Can anyone support with any of the points below:
1.) We have an apprentice who works 24 hours on a 17- month programme. We’ve calculated the duration 17 x 30/24 = 21.25 months. Our MIS system has calculated 20 months. Is this an issue?
2.) The hours have been calculated as follows 78 weeks (after statutory leave) Minimum requirement 372. I calculate 374 – planned 426.
3.) We believe the MIS system hasn’t accurately calculated hours and durations correctly for some part time apprentices. We haven’t had issues on our FRM report or PDSAT so if hours are above minimum requirement, would we need to check/change all part time apprentices?
4.) Finally, when reducing costs and OTJH due to RPL there are rules/formulas to follow. Is there a tool for reducing durations?
