Hi

We have recently achieved our Matix accreditation, however, just speaking to a few other people I have a query.

Does anyone know if it a mandatory requirement for FE Apprenticeship providers to achieve this please?

Do you have a contract with DFE?

Their standard contract for services template does stipulate this as mandatory

We do yes, we undertake the assessment as best practice but have been asked the question and I couldn't see any mandatory requirement in the contract

It’s definitely in the standard contract template. I believe under IAG or something like that. If you search the document for Matrix it should come up.

Matrix is referenced in the contract for services document that the DFE will issue your organisation.
