Apprenticeship Agreement after planned end date

Hi I think I know the answer to this already, but I need confirmation.
If a learner planned end date is 30.05.25 and the planned EPA Date is 31/07/25 and the learner actual end date is going to be the 6/06/25. A new apprenticeship agreement needs to be put in place as past they have planned end date?

Yes, they would need a new agreement to cover the entire period on programme.
