Hello,
Does anyone else feel like the guidance isn't all that clear when it comes to fully funding a learner who is unemployed. For example, if a learner is unemployed, in receipt of UC which we have seen evidence of, but then declares on their enrolment form they are not looking for work. Can they still be funded and recorded as not looking for work in the ILR?
