Hi all I wonder if any bursary experts can help me please.
We currently run around 180 learners with FSM in year on a weekly BACS payment system, which is driven by the learners positive attendance. However we are looking at going into partnership with a local food provider to promote healthy eating.
My understanding is that a voucher would need to be given to the learner which would then be redeemed at the local food provider on a daily basis. My concern is how do we show an auditor that the learner was issued a voucher on a daily basis? Can this be linked to just attendance or do you need to show that the learner signed for every voucher? I cant work it out from the guidance.
