Yes, each provider can only submit one ILR with everything on per month (well, you can submit multiple ones but they overwrite each other until hard close), so, yes, you'll have to merge your ASF and bootcamp learners into one file.
Although, ideally, you want them all on the same system anyway (not least if learners do a bit of ASF and then bootcamp or vice versa).
If you are on two separate systems, there's a tool for that: ILR FileMerge

Hi there,
Does anybody have experience of submitting ASF and Bootcamp ILR's? We have been submitting ASF ILRs, but now need to do both. I'm wondering if they are merged and submitted as one?
Any help appreciated.
