Hi Martin
There is no action to take and nothing should be changed on the ILR. Learners go passed their planned end date all the time and there is no need to change any data because of this. The planned end date is a funding construct as much as anything, and because of this should not be altered as it affects cross-year funding.
From a quality point of view there may be processes that flow from learners going passed their planned end dates such as out of funding action plans for example.
Thanks

Apprentice still in training after planned end date - OTJ?
Created
We have an apprentice that has been on programme but will be late completing because they had to resit one of the academic modules. This means that he has gone past his planned learning end date, and planned apprenticeship end date.
I believe this menas that:
ILR record (with planned end date) left as it is (status- continuing)
app agreement and Training Plan - new versions with a revised planned end date
Do these new documents need to have a recalculated OTJ hours?
