LearnAimRef_115 rule violation error

Created

Hello, I'm hoping someone can help me.

I have error LearnAimRef_115 which says that the actual end date should be before the Category "validity to date".This is an error against Multiply Project learning aim (Z0059784), which has been completed (actual end date in June).

I am aware that the last date for new starts on all Multiply aims is the 26th March 2025. All the learners started before this date and have passed validation while they were continuing aims, but now they have been completed, they are failing validation, because their actual end date is after the Category "Validity to date" (26th March 2025) I didn't think it was possible for the last date for new starts and the "Validity to date" to be the same. This suggests that the aim has to be completed in a day, for learners who start on the 26th March.

Am I missing something here?

Yeah, this isn't usual, but I sort of get it, in that the Multiply Funding finished end of March, so you probably shouldn't have planned learning to go beyond that? Reminds me of old old ESF projects where we'd run into similar things...

I fear you might be stuffed on them? Might even have to change the aim to a non-Multiply one, take the LDM out and just have them as FM99 (unless, perhaps, they might possibly be shiftable to TL???)...
