ULN DAS not matching

Hi everyone,

 

Could someone advise on the following scenario please?

We have a DLOCK due to the learners ULN not matching, the advice that we have been given is to remove the learner form the ILR and DAS and then re process.

The issue is we are unable to back date on DAS which will again cause issues.

Has anyone else experience this and if so, could you shed any light on resolving this please?

Right, so why doesn't it match? Is it just a mis-keying? Is the ILR one *definitely* right and the DAS one *definitely* wrong? If you've made an oopsie in the ILR, then just correct it to match DAS and it'll be fine. Can the employer not edit the ULN in DAS? Given the record *hasn't* matched yet?

it is a mis type on DAS Steve and the employer is saying that they are unable to amend?

Been a long time since I've seen the Employer side, but would certainly be organising a screen-sharing session to make sure they've not missed a button *somewhere*, otherwise, yeah, can see it having to be a restart which, obviously, no one wants...

Thanks Steve, we will take that approach with the employer next

Yes I think that once a ULN has been added on DAS then neither employer nor provider can edit it.
