We are looking to ask an employer to provide Work Experience placement for a tlevel programme. The organisation is a current subcontractor and would only be providing the work placement, they are not involved in the delivery of the T-level.
What are the thoughts on this being a subcontracting arrangement?
I would say no, as they are not delivering anything.
