DLOCK10 - Employer permissions

Good morning all,

I was just wondering with regards to the above DLOCK, if the ILR Dates and DAS dates dont match, are we able to amend the date on the DAS on the employers behalf?

Im sure i heard something that it was being looked into that providers could do this on behalf of the employer or whether it was still down to the Employer to amend?

As far as we're aware it's solely down to the employer to amend this at their end.

I'd be very keen to know if there's anything in the pipeline to update this process though!

Hi Chris,
 
You can amend the DAS end dates as a training provider. The changes will then be pending/for review until the employer approves them on their end.

How do i amend the DAS end dates on DAS? I cant see an option to be able to do this, if you wouldnt mind pointing me in the right direction that would be super helpful!!

Hi Chris,
 
To update the end date for an apprentice, you'll need to go to the apprentice's record and then click "Edit apprentice." From there, you can update the end date and then click "Update details." The status will then change to "changes requested" until the employer approves these changes.
