DLOCK10 and Missing Completion Payment

We have a learner who is currently in a DLOCK 10 situation. It appears that the employer has correctly stopped the DAS, although it should have been stopped in October 2024 rather than August 2024. However, I don’t believe this would be the reason the completion payment hasn’t come through.
I suspect it may be related to the learner being made redundant after the PPED date. Could you help us understand why the completion payment has not been processed?

Get the employer to move the stop status to the correct month and make sure the ILR is flagged correctly with the new employment record and redundancy indicator. (You should have evidence to support the redundancy claim) If co investment is due, have you collected and recorded this? Has the completion been processed in full (completion status 2), you may need to contact the help desk on this.
