Have you tried adding a new TNP 1&2 for 01/08/24 for the correct price and seeing if that fixes it? I'm sure this is what we've been advised to do in the past, rather than correcting figures using the original date. It tricks AS into realising that there is an updated price. Let us know if that doesn't work.

DLOCK 7 – TNP Mismatch and Date Issues

I have a DLOCK 7 mismatch with a learner who initially had a TNP of £5,900. This was later changed to £7,000 part-way through the programme, but it was subsequently corrected after we identified the change as incorrect.
The correct TNP values are:
TNP1: £4,900
TNP2: £1,000
Totaling £5,900 to match the Apprenticeship Service (AS) record.
However, I’m still seeing a mismatch — AS is showing £5,900, but the ILR submission is reporting £7,000. I'm also concerned that my attempts to correct the mismatch may have introduced further complications due to the TNP dates falling across academic years.
Could you please advise?
Learner details:
Apprenticeship Start Date: March 2023
Planned End Date: September 2024
Actual End Date: 22/01/2025
Corrections to the TNP have happened in 23 - 24 and more recently today.
