Checking I haven't missed something on Supported Internships meeting the 100 hours COF for English and Maths. we run a 4 day a week (full time) SI programme where learners are normally in the workplace 3 days a week with a Job Coach. With only 1 day in college the programme team have come to myself saying they don't have enough hours where a learner is doing both English and Maths GCSE resits and an accredited Employability qualification. They don't want to drop the Employability qualification, or reduce number of days in the workplace (and we can't afford a 5 day programme). GCSE too difficult to do as embedded learning. Anyone else looked at this and have a solution? Sounds like a difficult interview question!
