Redundancy & Break in Learning

We have a learner who was made redundant in March and was put on a break in learning while they were seeking new employment. New employment has not been secured and we have returned from learning on the ILR but the new employment status as code 11 (not employed but looking for work) is resulting in an error stating the new (returned) learning aim needs to have an "employed" status. What are we doing wrong? Thanks.
