Learner changing providers

Hello
A learner came to us from a different training provider. We have been notified of the funding amount used so we could calculate residual costs for the ILR. If the learner is brand new to us as a provider in the programme aim, we use the restart indicator, note the original start date as continuing on the same apprenticeship level, then do we add TNP1 (training cost) and TNP2 (assessment cost) or do we have TNP3 and TNP 4 with the residual costs even though we have no evidence of a change of employer? Please can I just double check this?

You don't put Original Start Date in for these learners, just the restart flag (to switch off the duration rules).
And, would just be TNP 1&2 as it's the only Employer record *you* have.
(also, very nice of the other provider to tell you how much money they've had!!!)
