Sorry if this post appears twice.

Can anyone advise if the  requirement to deliver 100 hours of Maths and English for Study Programmes relates to any learner without a grade 4.

For example, if the learner has  a grade 1 and we enrol them on the Functional Skills, does the 100 hours apply?

Its more to do with the learners banding rather than prior attainment and what qual they are on Kelly.. 2025 to 2026 academic year: 16 to 19 funding: maths and English condition of funding - GOV.UK

I understand how the funding bands work in terms of if a learner should be enrolled on the GCSE or FS.

My question, was to ask if the new rule to deliver 100 hours of teaching if this applies to both GCSE and FS courses.
