QAR - leavers and hybrid end year

I'm looking at the 24-25 R10 data to check the predicted QAR rate.
There are some leavers (withdrawals) in 24-25 whose hybrid end date is shown as 2024.5 which the guidance glosses as Future.
This makes sense as their planned end date is after 24-25, so the latest of actual end date, planned end date and achievement hasn't been reached yet.
So am I correct in expecting these leavers to be counted in 25-26 (or possibly later) not 24-25?

I suspect these learners will have planned end dates in the 25/26 or beyond so will belong to those hybrid years. The QAR shows all future hybrid years as 2024.5 or whatever the future year is.
