Apprentice Agreement

Hi All, would like some clarification on paragraph 64.4 The agreement must be extended if the programme is extended. Is this referring to an Apprentice going on a break in learning and when they return the time they have been off gets added on so the expected end dates changes or does it also refer to learners who go over their time and a new Apprenticeship Agreement would need completing (ie not timely). Just want to make sure we are not missing anything. Kind regards, Helen.

Hi Helen,
It's also referring to apprentices that go past their planned end date.
Thanks Melanie Does that mean we have to complete a new App Agreement once we have an achievement date for their qualification if they go over and the same for the EPA date? Helen.
This thread might help you - as soon as you know that learner is going to go past their planned end date, you need to estimate a new practical period end date and also a new overall completion date.
