Studying part time with two institutions 16-19

Can anyone point me to guidance on a 16-19 year old enrolling part time with 2 institutions? We've been by to ask if we could provide a part time programme for a student who is already part time with an Academy 6th form. First time we've been asked about this! Is it allowed and we can enter on ILR?

Short answer is "no". Study Prog learners can only be with one institution at once, para 56:

56: DfE will not fund FE institutions directly for students who are enrolled full-time in any school and who wish to follow part of their programme at a FE institution during school hours. In such circumstances, whatever the age of the student, this provision should be treated as collaborative or link provision, and the school is expected to meet the costs of this provision.

So, it's "fine" if you charge the school, but then they don't go on your ILR.
